On March 13, the North Cobb Rotarians stepped up to the microphone - competing in the Adult Spelling Bee to support Communities In Schools of Georgia in Marietta/Cobb. Rotary members are known for their dedication to service and leadership in our community, and now they’re bringing that same energy to the spelling stage. Will their teamwork, quick thinking, and spelling skills carry them all the way to the championship?
This family-friendly evening includes teams of costumed contestants who put their spelling skills to the test in a lively and entertaining competition. Audience members can get in on the action as “Buzz Lines,” stepping in to assist when teams need a lifeline for tricky words.
Communities In Schools helps empower students to stay in school and achieve success in life - serving more than 27,000 students each year with essential wraparound services, basic needs, and financial literacy education.
